Back to the trailer theme.

I can't decide if it should be called the "Eagle's Nest", or simply "the Stub".

How about an S/C Eagle (Inspired by the 1969 AMC/Hurst S/C Rambler), Eagle Pickup, or a 2 Door Wagon?

Here is a proposed paint job:

I was inspired to do this by several events. I enjoy railroading as much as I enjoy AMC's. I have seen several other private vehicles painted up in various railroad liveries, and thought that they were pretty neat. While looking for a car in early 1998, I looked at an AMC Eagle that needed paint. This is one scheme I considered if I bought the car. As it turns out, I never did buy that particular car. I have not painted an Eagle like this either.

Here's a dream that came true!

I have always admired the paint scheme of the '69 Hurst/Rambler (known as the ScRambler). Since I owned a white '69 Rambler wagon, and I knew I would be the one driving it to the scrapyard, I figured "why not". For less than $10 worth of spray paint and masking tape, I had myself a unique vehicle.

I'll have a better picture up someday....

A friend of mine always accused me of driving an ex-postal service car. I didn't bother explaining it to him. Speaking of Postal Jeeps, Click here!
