Please note: As of the summer of 2001, I am no longer driving AMC vehicles daily. I am leaving my site up for a undetermined amount of time, and am willing to help anyone with questions about AMC Eagles via E-mail at n0kfb@SkyPoint.com . If you are wondering, I'm now driving a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited V-8.
Dan's 82 AMC Eagle...
...In it's natural habitat (a dirt road in the mountains!) at Tennessee Pass Colorado.
During the last week of September and first week of October 1996 Dawn and I took a vacation to Colorado, intending to see the Southern Pacific Railroad's Tennessee Pass route, ride Amtrak's Pioneer from Denver to Ogden, and generally relax and see some other interesting sights along the way. These two links have photos from "other interesting sights".

Here is some jabbering nonsense by my cousin about road rage.
Be sure to read this diatribe about road salt from Click and Clack of NPR's Car Talk.
Also take a look at Bob Pease's article about dead cars, or gross polluters.

The fine print - I reserve the right to bill anyone who sends me unsolicited commercial e-mail (UCE) at the rate of $150.00 (one-hundred fifty dollars) per incident. Finance charges will accrue at the rate of $150.00 per month on unpaid balances. This paragraph also applies to private individuals that send out mass unsolicited e-mailings for any purpose. The fact that I post my e-mail address on this page does not give you cart blanche to send me spam or share my e-mail address with any business entity or to harvest my e-mail address by any means. If you are a spammer, you may be billed for every incident. I also reserve the right to post the identity of any business, individual or other entity who sends me UCE to the internet or any other public or private forum I deem appropriate. In the immortal words of Monty Python "I don't like spam!". The existence of this paragraph text and/or your sending me UCE (spam) constitutes your agreement to these terms and is a binding contract, whether or not I have the signature of you or your company officer on file. Don't like it? Tough shit. I don't like junk mail filling my e-mail box either. Got something you would like to sell me? Find another way, but don't call me from a boiler room, and don't send junk mail to my snail mail box either. Don't call us, we'll call you. If you are an individual who has a question or comment about my web site, or AMC Eagles (or other AMC cars) this does not apply to you, because your e-mail is non-commercial.
